RESPONSE™ is the most complete and cost effective evaluation solution on the market.

The aim of RESPONSE™ has been to reduce the effective administrative time to less than two minutes per survey – right from the registration of classes and teachers to the finished reports.

The software is placed on the internet. That means goodbye to lengthy installation procedures and intricate system demands. RESPONSE™ can be operated trough all ordinary browsers.

There are seven tasks to set up an evaluation.

1. Type class, subject and teacher into the list. Choose the questionnaire form. If you have many new classes you can import all information in one go from an Excel spreadsheet.

2. Press “combine subject” if the class is going to evaluate several subject in one sequence.

3. Press “activate”. Now the investigation is ready for the data collection on the net.

4. You will receive an e-mail with access codes which include information about the class/subject/teacher combination. The codes are now ready to be sent to the teacher or to be printed on labels for distribution among students.

5. Now you can monitor the response rate in real-time while waiting for the students to complete the questionnaire.

6. When the answering percentage is satisfactory, the evaluation is closed with a single click.

7. Now press “send report” and the finished report will arrive by e-mail a few seconds later. The teacher may also automatically get a copy sent to their e-mail address.

Anonymity

RESPONSE™ is designed for anonymous surveys. That is, the replies are not registered by name or any other identification. By e-mail invitations, the e-mail address is linked to the survey, but not the individuals' answers. RESPONSE™ also prohibits reports with less than three replies to be printed.
